2007-15-12 The QBee Blog Day

This is my first time when I’m participating QBee’s blog day, or any blogging day. I was going to blog about my successful book hunting trip to Kaunianen. I was looking for Paul Richard Evans’ book Christmas Box which is one the Pages’ (book club for QBee members) December books. I have been horribly inactive and I wanted to do something to this. Unfortunately book wasn’t there, though it was supposed to be there.

NOTE: People don’t steal books from library, you can borrow them for free there after all.

Anyway I had invent something else to blog about.

A Short Story About Me And The Quilting Bee Club

I don’t know when did I exactly heard about The QBee first time. Probably I accidentally found it thru Jem’s site. I became immediately interested of the idea, because it was cute. The whole community seemed nice and friendly (and they are ).

But I couldn’t pixel and I doubted my site was good enough. I decided I wouldn’t apply before I could make at least half decent patches. After some experimenting I decided I could actually apply and I was accepted.

I haven’t been member very long yet and I can’t say that I would have been very active neither. I have so far participated in the Halloween activity and traded patches with few people. But I have enjoyed my stay. And I plan to become more active member .
