2008-06-04 Pierced
I took my third piercing (including the holes in my earlobes) on Friday. Now I have pierced left nipple with basic straight barbell with 5mm balls.
I wasn’t that excited or nervous beforehand or at least I didn’t notice it. I got the piercing in Harness (in Finnish) which I can recommend for everyone living in Helsinki area. Owner Yazka was very friendly and clearly professional. Anyway back to my nipple. She had marked the place, I was laying topless on the chair and then it was over. Of course it did hurt but the pain lasted only 5 seconds, if even that. And it was worth of it.
Why did I take it? Someone asked if I was doing this because of Jo. I can honestly say that it wasn’t my reason. Obviously I find piercings very aesthetic to a certain extend. My left breast is now very nice looking (also according the three other people who have seen it 
). But the right one looks fine too, and I won’t get it pierced. As a matter of fact this probably will be the last time anyway. Well time shows. This I did only for beauty 
. Now I try to keep as clean as possible because surprisingly I do like my breasts (even though there was a point when I wanted to just get rid of them) and I don’t want my nipple to get infected or anything like that.
In other news. I have gotten a summer job (it’s not yet on paper though). Apparently I will be working as … umm… well I’ll be assisting radiologists who are doing ultrasound scans, something like that.

I thought about getting my down there pierced, a friend has it and it looks great, but I didn’t. I don’t want to. I wouldn’t get my nipple pierced because of wearing tight shirts. I can imagine you see it? no se…

I don’t think it’s very visible thru tight shirt. I guess it also depends on what kind of piercing it is…
i love piercings too! you don’t need a reason to get one, i always say. same goes for tattoo’s in my books. i bet it looks hella sexy wink wink

Aww put up a photo put up a photo! Personally I think nipple piercings are gross but on some people it can look quite exotic hehe. And I hear its a great stimulation an form of arousal wink
I like to think that I’m rather brave, adventurous, and that I have a high tolerance for pain… but the idea of getting anything else pierced (my ears are pierced) scares me terribly. I could never do it.
I bet that your left breast looks especially lovely though.
I only have my ears pierced (5 times) but other piercings are not for me, although I really like them. I have arthritis and things get infected really easily so I can’t pierce anything else.
I know a few other people who had their nipple pierced and both said the same things as you do; it doesn’t hurt that much, only for a few seconds and than it’s over.
Ouch!!! But if you like it then good for you. I am glad that you got it for you and not for anyone else.
