Depeche Mode

I was really expecting to see Depeche Mode again with Jo, but things don’t always go the way you want. Nevertheless I had great time with my friend H (who was sort of Depeche Mode virgin but said she liked the gig). Set list was fairly safe mix of couple songs from Sounds of the Universe (In Chains, Hole to Feed, Miles Away/The Truth Is and Wrong) and older stuff. Beginning was quite mild (but that’s the way it is here, people don’t get super excited). David seemed to be in great shape and looked still hot (according what I saw on the screen) and Martin sang beautifully (Insight, Dressed in Black). I can’t say much about Andy’s performance but he did his usual standing behind the keyboard very well. :P My only complaint is that, I was so far from the stage (I blame my luck and stupid online ticket shop that didn’t let me buy better tickets). Plus dancing is bit scary that high, but when the music so good… yeah couldn’t just sit and watch. :P One funny thing I have to mention, for some reason when ever I hear songs from Violator, it reminds me of Lord of the Rings. Kind of absurd feeling to be in this concert and then suddenly thrown in Moria. Yah I know, I am weird.

Ch-ch-ch-ch-Changes

Uuh… I changed the layout and removed the poems for undefined time. I am going to bring them back though. When I dare to take a look at them and decide which I still can present without feeling embarrassment. Back to the layout. My screen resolution is 1024×768 and this layout has its limitations definitely. I have tested it with Opera 10.10 and Firefox 3.6 on Linux. I am not entirely happy with how comments ended up. Actually I should stop list things I don’t like, because in whole I am very happy with this. I feel it’s me. Even the pink feels good (I am wearing a scarf atm which has small pink patterns :P). So yeah next couple random photos:

Me with Scarf

That’s me with that scarf (listening to MacBreak Weekly – because you need to know what enemy is doing ;) ).

Wire mess

And that is the little wire mess.
